I'm Kyle Moynihan. I take operational complexity and build systems to tame it.
I've spent the last decade building and fixing operations at companies ranging from Amazon to early-stage startups. The problems are always different on the surface — launching a delivery network in Spain, migrating an insurance brokerage off spreadsheets, building AI tools for document processing — but the underlying challenge is always the same: how do you take something messy and make it work?
I started my career on the program management side at Amazon, where I helped launch Amazon FLEX across Spain. That meant coordinating across engineering teams, local operations, legal, and logistics — all while navigating a new country and a language I was still mastering. It taught me how to operate in chaos and ship things that actually work.
From there I moved to Glovo in Barcelona, working on operations and market expansion across Southern Europe. Then back to the US, where I landed in the insurance world at WR Berkley and Landmark — first as a Salesforce admin, then increasingly as the person teams came to when their systems and processes were broken.
That's what led me to start Admin Ambassadors: a fractional consulting practice focused on RevOps, business systems, and AI automation. I work with growing companies that need senior-level operations expertise without a full-time hire. I work in English, Spanish, and French, and I genuinely enjoy taking something that doesn't work and making it hum.
