I'm Kyle Moynihan. I take operational complexity and build systems to tame it.

In the decade since my MBA I have launched a delivery network in Spain, fixed how a delivery app kept its menus current across 20+ countries, run software implementations for clients from large enterprise PMOs to ten-person teams, and built an insurance unit's Salesforce platform from zero.

I started on the program management side at Amazon, where I led the launch of Amazon FLEX across Spain. That meant coordinating engineering, local operations, legal, and logistics while working in a new country and a language I was still mastering.

From there I moved to Glovo in Barcelona as Director of Content Operations, covering restaurant markets across Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Back in the US I ran client implementations of Clarizen and ClickUp as a technical project manager at Kolme Group, and handled sales and Salesforce-based operations on contract for Landmark Associates, a research transcription company. Since 2023 I have been the sole architect of the Salesforce platform that runs Berkley Aspire, a WR Berkley operating unit.

I also founded Admin Ambassadors, a consulting practice focused on Salesforce, business systems, and AI automation. Our anchor client is Milk By Mom, where I built their production AI layer and much of the operations system it runs on. I work in English, Spanish, and French.
